Zora joined OrgaLog in 2007. She has broad HR
experience - acquired over 15 years - with leading multinational companies in both growth and
management of change environments, such as Elf Aquitaine, Amoco,
Tetra Pak, Tech Data et Merck Serono, she demonstrated strong skills
in project management, recruiting, training & development,
compensation & benefits, gained in diverse industry sectors with
proven competencies to :
- Strategy and concept development to
implementation in all aspects or HR, such as Performance Management, Employee
Development, Selection & Recruitment processes
- Assess and address issues on Sales
Performance (sales incentive plans, sales effectiveness…)
- Manage the whole range of the HR function –
International Recruitment, Development, Administration…
- Develop and implement Social Plans and all HR
activities related to restructuring and office closures
- Counsel Management and Employees dealing with
major transitions
Customer focused, result oriented with a proven
experience of operating at various levels in multi-cultural
environments. Self-driven, strong interpersonal skills, resilient
and hard working with a sense of humour.
With her experiences strengthened by a “Swiss
Federal Diploma of Certified Specialist in Human Resources”, Zora
joined OrgaLog as HR Consultant in order to develop and implement a
Human Resources Counselling Service specialized in both
multinational and small & mid-sized companies.
Zora is also an exam expert for the Swiss Federal
Diploma of Certified Specialist in Human Resources and in 2008 got
the American Global Remuneration Professional Diploma. In 2006, she
obtained a certificate as PNL expert as well as a mini-MBA from MIT
in Boston (Strategy) and of Thunderbird (Management).
She belongs to various associations such as HR
Geneva and the “Réseau des Entrepreneurs Solidaires”.
