Inès Grandchamp Messerli
HR Manager

Inès joined our company during spring 2008 as HR Manager. Before that and after obtaining a Trade Diploma (Diplôme Supérieur de Commerce) Inès attended an international school based in Geneva preparong for the tourism and communication profession. This was followed by training in both Switzerland and England before starting her professional career as administrative assistant/receptionist and then as PA notably for the World Trade Center Association in Geneva. Her competences and language knowledge (French, Spanish, English) led her to a large American group specialized in IT where she also worked as a PA for several members of the European board. In 2004 Inès joined the HR department of an American company as HR coordinator before being promoted to an HR Manager position.

She is very well organized, has recognized competencies in teh way of leading priorities and also analytical competencies. She is customer oriented and a quick learner. With those strong qualities, she reinforces the OrgaLog team efficiently.

Inès is a Certified Specialist in Human Resources with a Swiss Federal Diploma.
